🌲✨ If you went down to the woods today… you’re sure to find Cumber Claudy Primary School! ✨🌲 P2 and P3/4 had a fantastic Forest Schools morning as part of our Learning Without Walls project! 🌿🍃 Facilitated by Northern Ireland Forest School Association and ‘ Rural Area Partnership Incorporated, the children embraced the great outdoors and made memories full of fun and adventure. From roasting delicious s’mores 🔥🍫 to getting creative with outdoor crafts and potion making 🧪 🎨🪵, there was plenty to keep everyone smiling. Of course, no forest school experience is complete without pulling on the wellies 🥾 and splashing in a few muddy puddles 🌧️💦—and despite a typical Northern Ireland drizzle, we only got a little wet! 😉 A massive thank you 🙌 to our amazing teachers and classroom assistants who joined in wholeheartedly and shared their enthusiasm for outdoor learning.
