Our P3/4 pupils had a wonderful start to their Shared Education journey this year with Mrs Boyle’s class. This year, we’re focusing on the value of Kindness 💖, and our first session was filled with positivity and creativity!
Mrs Boyle introduced us to the heartwarming story Have You Filled a Bucket Today? by Carol McCloud 🪣✨. This inspiring book teaches children that everyone carries an invisible bucket, and we can fill each other’s buckets with kind words and actions. It’s a beautiful way to help children understand empathy, self-worth, and the power of kindness.
After the story, Miss Crampsie helped us create a Positivity Rainbow 🌈, filled with affirmations that celebrate who we are 🌟. We also made Kindness Shields 🛡️, exploring how we can protect and care for ourselves through kind thoughts and actions.
It was a fabulous day of learning, laughter, and new friendships 👫😊. We can’t wait to meet up again soon! 💫
