Today in P3/4, we were exploring World Kindness Day. We started by reading The Smartest Giant in Town by Julia Donaldson and talked about all the kind things the giant did for the people in his town.
We then shared our own ideas about how we can show kindness to others — and the children came up with a wonderful idea! Then together, we created a kindness card for Mr Crawford. Each child came up and gave him a compliment about why he is kind. It was so lovely to see how our principal makes such a positive impact on our school and in our children’s lives. 💫
The children had great fun exploring what kindness means, and we hope to continue spreading kindness every day in our school and community. 💕
