In line with the latest Central Government directives and Public Health Agency Advice, Cumber Claudy PS will be open tomorrow to staff and pupils. This decision has been made through consultation with the schools governing body. As stated in a previous post, we fully understand if families wish to keep their children at home, and we respect everyone's personal decisions to do what they feel is best for their loved ones at this difficult time. We also feel that it is important for us to provide a service for parents who cannot take time off work and do not have other childcare options, particularly those working in the health services and other key services. We will keep you updated if the directives from the authorities change and our situation changes.in the meantime, we will maintain the highest possible standards of hygiene in order to maintain the health and well being of children and staff.
